AYAM Conferences
In 2015, conferences were held at archdeaconry level. Gratitude goes out to all the archdeaconry committees who worked hard to ensure that the conferences were a success.

Achievements
One notable achievement is that AYAM successfully hosted the 2015 ZAYA cultural exchange in May 2015. This was held in Chiredzi. Gratitude goes out to the Chiredzi team who worked really hard to prepare for the conference. Chiredzi represented the AYAM in music competitions and came out second in music on hymn 193.

AYAM 2016
The theme for the year is UNSTOPPABLE. Supporting scripture: Philippians 4: 13 and Ephesians 3 verse 20.

ZAYA 2016

1. The ZAYA (Zimbabwe Anglican Youth Association) exchange conference was hosted by Anglican Youth Association of Central Zimbabwe (AYACZ).   ZAYA Conference 4-9 August 2016. Was hosted at St Phillips Mangwenya Guruve. The 2017 edition was hosted in the Diocese of Manicaland at St. Augustine Penhalonga

2. Provincial conference 4-11 April in Zambia. Only one representative was requested per Diocese. The name forwarded for AYAM was Sandra Takawira. She represented the Diocese well. A theme for green youths was launched, which focused on environmental stewardship.  To date, AYAM donated 50 tree seedlings which were planted at ZAYA exchange.  Plans are underway to plant more trees in Masvingo and as well as clean up our districts as youths.
